Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may have a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All service return must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All services that are asked to have a refund, will have all the copyright to Is On Code and cannot be used any more for your company.
RETURN PROCESS
To return a service, please email customer service at
services@isoncode.com with a letter explaining the reason of asking a refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving and evaluating your letter, we will process your refund. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your letter to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned
• Hosting services
• Monitoring in social networks
• Web development consultant

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns for each day after the seventh day from purchase date.
