5- Have a reliable payment gateway for the user. This is one of the parts where more attention should be focus to details. If the user realizes that something does not add up, they will not trust your site and will refuse to buy from your site. One strategy can be to use different forms of payment as an alternative, to use tools that generate confidence in the buyer, such as Paypal, Conekta, Stripe, among others.
6- An efficient and accurate purchase tracking system. Make sure the shipment arrives in the time you promised. It is an important point for the user to buy again on your site, or for them not to cancel their purchase and ask for a refund, which might cause you extra fees from your bank.
7- Always be available to any message that the user sends you. If personalized support is slow, or unprofessional, the buyer will be wary of your site.
